April – Don’t take off our coats!

“I am shy!” We say it as if it is a character of ours, when it actually isn’t.

We are not born shy, we become by experiences where we felt incomprehension, humiliation, uncomfortably… and we have taken a definitive conclusion, when actually it would be enough to accept to question ourselves and start a new way that will make us stronger in confidence and confidence in life.
